Open Your Heart With This 3 Minute Mini Meditation
I read about this mini-meditation from the book of Judith Ordoff "Positive Energy" which lasted for 3 minutes but can give you a real positive energy .
First you have to find a quiet place where you can relax and get comfortable . Then gently rest your palm over your heart chakra . Concentrate on a person, place or memory you love . You may start in a place of nature . Visualize a sublime dawn . The purpose is to feel love and as a localized energy in your mid chest .
I started visualizing a favorite hotel in the North which is near a beach and a military base and with my family . After feeling good with my family in the picture , I then visualize our various road trips especially during summer and I feel so good . I attained the positive energy that the exercise promise to have.
