On a Monday morning find time to write everything you need to do for the week . If you are extra eager you can do this on a Sunday night or afternoon. But since most of us would like to enjoy our weekends with our family might as well do it on Monday morning as our week is about to start .
Once these are all written down on our planner or notebooks . Prioritize your activities on terms of urgency and importance . Allocate it throughout the week to ensure they are all accomplish as the week ends .
Find time to do family quality time and errands together with your work responsibilities all throughout your work week.
Once you plotted your activities , make sure you find the time to accomplish them . When everything is done , another week comes and you do the process again . Those you failed to do this week can be part of your next weeks " To Do List ."0
