My Dunkin Family

It has been years since I last saw my Dunkin' family but you are always in my heart . There were a lot of things that I learned from Dunkin Donuts where I worked for 15 long years . I decided to leave my work for my children , just to prove they are my priority back then . Armed with a promising career as a manager I left my position to be a full time Mom. It even took me two ( 2) years to look for a replacement .

At Dunkin I learned how to manage a training store, how to open a new franchise , how to be a department manager , how to do strategic or business planning and all these things I was able to use in my future work assignments.

Because when my children graduated in high school , I decided to go back to corporate work and be an HR Manager again so high time to still use my knowledge and skills in HR through Dunkin.

Dunkin was one company I will always treasure in my career as it give me the breaks that I need and my mentor , Engr Nes Co , honed me to be an effective manager . Of course , my Personnel and Training team also gave me the support I need to be a leader in our department . They were an amazing and tremendous team to work with and best people to be with .
