INTO THE PRESENT MOMENT

 Sometimes our mind is preoccupied by the past or the future . We dwell on those two things and letting the present moment slip by . We live in the past of regrets or the what ifs losing the essence of enjoyment . Then there are moments we enjoy thinking of our future self and dreaming all our bucket lists we wish to achieve and have . So we savor in the moment of dream land. 

Then we wake up on the present moment failing to appreciate on what we have right now , on what is given on our plate and face the challenges of today . 

So the focus is really on the present moment , on what matter most in our lives . Most of the time we lost or focus  because we rely on the past or the future when the best thing to do is  to enjoy the present moment .

Because the present is for us to enjoy , to savor and be proud of our daily accomplishments no matter how lowly or grand it may be . Appreciate all the blessings that has been given us . We fail  because we did not appreciate what we have at the moment

 My life is a story of success , achieving all the goals I set for myself. My parents gave me the opportunity to study the course that I want which is Psychology . When I finished this course , I had the opportunity to work in a drug rehabilitation center , a university , a famous Dunkin' brand , a manufacturing plant , where I stayed for a couple of years contributiung my skills and expertise in the field that I chose . 

It was a powerful career and the opportunity to serve my companies with my best . When I was 25 years  old  I started my own family. Finding the love of my life we now have three (3) children all successful on their own field and living the life of their dreams . We are happy as a family with God's abundant blessings . We are continuously striving for a better and stable future living in God's perfect time .We are thankful and truly grateful to the Lord Jesus Chrsit for all the opportunities and blesisngs coming our way .  

Isabela

 

Has recently been in Isabela to visit Alonzo and spend a few days with him. It was such a wonderful time  to be reunited with him . 

Has also spend time with nature and enjoyed the mountain view of Nueva Ecija and Nueva Viscaya . Nature has a way of wakening up your spirit or your soul . To be one with nature is to be one with God too. 

Got a taste again of pancit buko at Kesingo of Cabagan Nueva Viscaya .  This is the only place I have a taste of pancit buko. Because we are trying to live up to the no rice challenge we had a lot of pancit this time - pancit cabagan , pancit batil patong and the pancit buko . But we had a taste of yang chow rice and other Chinese delicacies at Yang Chow in Cauayan Isabela which is near SM Cauayan .

It was amazing to visit the province of Isabela although it takes more than 9 hours to travel going there  but worth the time as I see Alonzo along the way .     

 

How to write your To Do List

On a Monday morning find time to write everything you need to do for the week . If you are extra eager you can do this on a Sunday night or afternoon. But since most of us would like to enjoy our weekends with our family might as well do it on Monday morning as our week is about to start .

Once these are all written down on our planner or notebooks . Prioritize your activities on terms of urgency and importance . Allocate it throughout the week to ensure they are all accomplish as the week ends .

Find time to do family quality time  and errands together with your work responsibilities all throughout your work week.

Once you plotted your activities , make sure you find the time to accomplish them . When everything is done , another week comes and you do the process again . Those you failed to do this week can be part of your next weeks " To Do List ."0

BAGUIO

 Just came back from the City of Pines last weekend and Baguio never fails to amaze us with it's glorious mountains and beautiful sceneries . To add the cold weather these past days because of the Christmas season . The beautiful views continues to envigorate our human spirit .

A lot of tourists are also around and got a taste again of strawberry taho and the sweet corn with evaporated milk only at the Baguio night market .

So much joy experiencing the Baguio feels even for just a few days . It refreshes your mind and gives a new perspective on things . Just staring at the mountain houses and the Cold Moon gives you renewed energy  and inspirations that better things are coming your way.
