If you want more magic in your life , bring more magic into the room with you. If you want more love into your life , bring more love into the room with you. If you want more joy in your life , bring more joy into the room with you.

Be the source , in the lives of others , of that which you would have in your own life .

If you want more money in your life , bring more money into the life of another . Whatever it is you want more of ....if you want more compassion in your life ...if you want more wisdom in your life , be the source of wisdom in the life of another . If you want more patience , more understanding, more kindness , more sex. ....the point is ,it works. It works,it's delicious.

And through this process and the process of beingness , the process of being who you really are , you will bring yourself  the experience of right livelihood virtually overnight . And the world will shower upon you all the rewards for which you reached in vain for so many years .

So allow your doingness to spring from your place of beingness . Be happy , be abundant , be wise , be creative , be understanding , be a leader , be who you really are ,in every moment of your life . Come from that place and let your doingness spring from place . And you'll not only find right livelihood , you will have created for yourself a life, rather than a living .

My Ideal Workplace

My office is located in the city where there are many people around .It is a four story building , housing a chapel, training rooms, library and administrative office to entertain guests.

When you walk into the building , you will feel relax and welcome . People are accommodating and happy to be of service to you . The entrance looks like the lobby of a plush hotel , extravagant and truly fascinating  My first impression - people here are accommodating and will be able to make me feel good about myself.

The workplace is conducive to productive work , well ventilated , with modern equipments and up to date information .

You can hear the chirping of the birds and can smell the fresh air amidst the noise outside . Natural light is accessible as glass windows and doors surround the building so you can feel and see the  beauty of nature .

The people working here are people who would like to be of service to others , to give hope to downtrodden and give them peace of mind . Most importantly , feel God's embrace and love . These employees are happy to be of service and share God's love and blessings to others . They value the human potential to achieve their personal goals so they experience true joy in their personal lives . They are talking about recent breakthroughs of people finding themselves and going towards the path of healing their pains and hurts and towards achieving their life dreams . They make decisions based on God feel .

I see people smiling and talking about how blessed and abundant their lives has been. Most activities involves counseling and seminar workshops . Once a week a Holy Mass is held to glorify God's goodness .

They go for lunch inside the facility because we have a nature park to relax while going on your break . Food served are healthy options to prolong life and joy . After lunch  people are glad to be of service again . Preparing invitation letter and leaflets for the next seminar workshop to offer for lost and depressed souls .

Employees exchange ideas while at their workspace , There is freedom to move and talk because they are trusted by their Managers .

There is work life balance in this workplace  Management respects family priorities . Creativity is highly valued because this is the capital of the human potential.

This workplace values God, family , love and work . We just have to balance our priorities so we avoid conflicts . Employees live their values in their everyday life . Work is evaluated by the products or output that you produce - how many souls have you bring back to God ? No age limits,  everyone is welcome as long as you work to save others . The young generation provides fun and excitement , the more senior generation provides the wisdom.

Meetings are usually brainstorming sessions for the next adventure in saving souls and bringing them back to God  New territories to conquer and save . Meetings are enjoyable and does not last for more than an hour .

This workplace is really a community of volunteers who want to share with less fortunate souls the blessings that the Lord has given them ..

Donations from generous souls will sustain these ambitious effort. I plan to write a lot of books and proceeds will also finance this ministry , The Love of Jesus Healing Ministry .

The priority of employees is to fix their own lives first . You can not give what you don't have  It is important that employees have work life balance themselves .

I can bring this vision in my present workplace by small steps every day in spreading God's love to our employees .

Man is what he believes

Believe in yourself.

That is one of my tools for my success . My parents believed in my ability to be a successful person .They supported my studies and nourish my life ambition . They gave me the opportunity to take up the college course that I want . When I decided to work in the province they let me do it .

My work as a guidance counselor at the University of the Assumption San Fernando Pamapanga formed me in my future jobs. While at the Assumption I managed to finish my academic course in MA Guidance and Counseling , an additional achievement for me while working as an counselor .

I worked at Dunkin Donuts initially as a Recruitment Supervisor then eventually as a Personnel and Training Manager . Eventually I earned the trust of the Vice President and President of the company . 

I was given a training store and sent to Bangkok Thailand to attend the Regional Conference Allied Domecq or Dunkin USA .

I also handled Management Training courses for store managers and shop supervisors . My experience in Dunkin enriched my HR experience and my knowledge I again use in my next job as HR Department Head at Papercon Phils where I stayed for 10 years . By the way , I stayed in Dunkin for 15 years . My present work as an HR consultant enables me to use all my work experience.

God has bless me as well and has protected me all my life . I am healthy , strong and well financially . God has prosper me with an abundant life .
