My purpose at work now is to provide directions for the company in terms of educating our managers how to do strategic planning. Motivating employees to participate in the accomplishment of these strategic goals for their department. Conducting TNAs ( training needs analysis ) to further determine the needs of employees and how HR can address these identified needs through conducting seminars and providing motivational programs.
Assisting employees in developing Action Plans so that strategic goals are attained. The role that I will play is as a change agent. Inspiring people for a better way of doing things and anticipating a better life.
Since my core gift is on communication and leading, I will continuously provide seminars and training for my company so I can inspire our employees to do better in their jobs. Through these seminar workshops I will be able to share my knowledge to my colleagues. The seminars will be my bridge in making my company a better place to work with.
