Appreciation

My God

Sometimes I wonder why I feel this way now ... just enjoying Your love for me . The joy in my heart knowing how much you love me , nothing compares to it . Everything that I ask from You , you give it to me . It may not be at the time that I wanted it but still in Your precious time you grant my prayer request .

The road may not be easy but at the end of the journey , I found myself achieving the goals that I set for myself .

I will forever be awe by Your amazing love for me...


My husband

Ronnie is my greatest treasure , he is always there to support me and provide for my needs ...he is ever loving , thoughtful and understanding . I can not imagine a day without him at my side . I am so bless with his presence . I pray that we will be together for many more years to share , to help and love each other so we can enjoy our harvest , 30 more years Lord , please ... to serve you more...

My children

I have Daniel Richard , my eldest son and my twin daughters , Catherine Marie and Christine Marie . They are now grown up and finding their own place in this Universe .   Daniel , Cathy and Chris are God's greatest gift to me . All our ( me and my husband ) efforts then was all about giving them a  bright future . Thank God we are successful in providing them a good education they can use to start their own personal lives . 

We believe we raise them well because I know and feel how much they also love God in their daily lives .

My Parents

My parents loved me so much that they provided for all my needs especially when I was still studying . They were ordinary couples with a single income but despite all the odds I was able to finish my studies . I owe to them whatever I am now ...Thank you Daddy and Mommy ...

My work

I consider my work such a big blessings . It allowed me to provide for my children's education . It gave me the opportunity to express myself , to use my core gifts in human resource development and to bless others as well. I am able to use my knowledge , skills and experience . It pays for my house monthly amortization .
Although now that my children are college graduates and working  , my work becomes an expression of my creative side . I can practice my profession and coach others of the experience  and knowledge that I have gain  throughout the years .

My House

Aside for the education of my children , we also save and bought a house for our family . This is one of my life achievement , having my own house . It is a work in progress . It is a home where you can feel God's presence and love for you .

My Car

Nowadays a car is no longer a luxury but a necessity . But I am fortunate to be able to have my own  car through the graciousness of my former employer, Dunkin Donuts Phils .  then eventually when I decided to trade it with a newer model , my present employer , Papercon Phils , Inc. 


These are representation of all the blessings that I have , there are a lot more - material possessions , recognition , friends , relatives , and I have God as my witness on how I appreciate all these ... to God be the Glory...Thank your Lord...

Why Am I Here ?

I am so happy to be where I am now . I thank God for a blessed life . I may have challenges but with God's grace I was able to overcome them all. I am now enjoying the fruits of my labor and I want to make a difference by guiding others in the path to happiness and peace.

My great purpose in life is to lead others to the path of righteousness , happiness , joyful living and abundance .  I can contribute to humanity by providing inspiration and hope to those who are lost and confuse .

In my workplace community , I provide guidance in discipline and inspiration . I can relate with the different levels of people in the organization . I deal with top Management , I can relate with management and union employees and even with temporary employees . I see them all as a child of God . I am happy to serve every one to the best of my ability .

Yes people ( mostly ) are kind and supportive , compassionate, I am not sure how this is define and understood by all . Majority of people when you get to know them has a soft spot or a weakness . This becomes your connection to them , if you will be able to identify it.

You can minimize negative thoughts or actions , by exposing yourself to positive thoughts and actions . Reading motivational books and the Holy Bible ...watching and hearing prosperity preachers .

Listening to prosperity preachers like Joel Osteen , Bro Bo Sanchez ..has inspired me to dream bigger so I can share bigger also.

I can give support to my workplace by conducting seminars and provide a aura of hope and inspiration .

As of now , my contribution revolves around providing guidance and inspiration to the people that I touch . I have a fulfilling and productive relationship with God . He has nurture my soul and provided me with joy . It is manifested in my workplace because employees are happy , calm and joyful. They are happy working and the company provides for their needs .

Yes , God gives you what you ask for and every one of us deserves to be happy .

WHO AM I ????

Seems a simple question but profound in its meaning . Now I know I am a child of God , first and foremost  . I am proud of what I have accomplished in my personal life . The Lord has been so good to me that I have seen my dreams come true . My children are all college graduates and have a career of their own .

I am lucky in my career , as I was given the  proper breaks and opportunities to grow in my company . I was able to express my creative juices and translate them into action plans and programs for my department .

Just now I realize that I have to improve that part of me as wife to my husband . We have been engross with providing for my children and doing all the sacrifices . It's time to take care of ourselves.

My greatest gift and talents .Almost all throughout my career I am involved in human resource and personal development . I've worked in schools , drug rehabilitation , corporate retail  and manufacturing .  I love conducting trainings on Goal Setting , Leadership Development and Stress Management . I also love writing my thoughts - I have a blog Potentials . I can organize company events such as employee outing , Christmas Parties , Sales Kick off . I conceptualized themes for these events with the help of my co-employees and orchestrate people to make it happen .

My passion now is to be able to help others reach their full potential . Of course , on my own efforts and determination I would also like to achieve my own potential . I know I can still achieve my personal goals for myself such as writing and publishing self improvement books as well as conducting personal growth seminars .

I need to develop my spontaneity when facilitating seminars . In writing a book , I need to help on how to organize my writing in such a way that I can get the attention of my target market . I would also like to conduct training for young professionals on personal growth development so they can be guided in reaching their life goals .

Simplify Your Life

The complexity of our life nowadays has contributed to the emotional stress we put in our body resulting to ailments like hypertension, cancers, diabetes and other dreaded diseases.

We run from one activity to another, our mind jumps from one activity to another. Then our modern gadgets puts us on a 24/7 mode.The cellular phone and internet keeps us available 24/7. In the middle of our sleep, our phone rings and we are on running mode tackling a problem that waits for our decision. Then we can not anymore go back to sleep.

Simplifying our life may indeed be a challenge because of the convenience modern facilities gives us, however, getting too attached to these gadgets causes a strain on our physical health.

So how do we simplify ?

Going back to basics...try to savor the every day joys of life. Smell the flowers as you pass by a park or your garden if you have one... watch the sunset...play with your children....talk to your spouse...these are every day joys that we don't have to spend a single centavo but nurture our spirit...

Perhaps that's what we lack...nurturing our spirit...we often forget the basic of life...like relationships, we focus so much on material possessions that  in the process we neglect our relationships.

We may provide for their physical material needs but our quality time and attention is lacking. We camouflage our lack with material possessions. In the end, we end up alone and bitter because our effort goes futile because our relationships are broken.

The essence of our spirit is lost and confused. Finding that "spirit" involves simplifying our life so we can see through our heart what really matters...God, family, our own self.

Let us not drive ourselves into exhaustion... to the point of sickness, which eventually drain our finances. So again it is a futile effort.

Find time to enjoy life....
