The Power of Believing






What you believe is what you get.

Studies show that a person who believes they are truly rich and dying will not recover as much as someone who believe he will get well . Part of cancer therapy nowadays includes the power of positive thinking and how this can impact their recovery process.

Researchers have begin to study the state of a person's mind on one's health and they found out that our mindset has a direct influence into our health and on our life.

If you have a preconceived idea that relationship are difficult then you attract difficult people. If you worry a lot , you attract negative thoughts and energy eventhough there is no reason at all for you to worry.

Having positive beliefs is vital in having a successful life.


How to Change Your Beliefs

1. Do you believe that you have everything that you want in your life ?

2. Do you believe you will be guided to the right situation at the right time ?

 3. Do you believe there is always a way to achieve your goals. ?

If you answered no , then you don't believe so you will not be able to achieve your goals on the life that you want to have.

 Believing requires a complete trust that things will work out and you will be a part of finding solutions and you will eventually get what you want in your life .

Your Key to Success


If you want to be successful, you have to believe that you can accomplish something. Your key to success is your belief system.

If you have a negative belief system then your success is limited.

If you have a positive belief system then you will enjoy success and a rewarding life.

Most people don't believe that they can achieve their goals. They wish they can but they don't believe this.

Their negative belief system limits them.

A lot of people have been conditioned that things are difficult , life is tough and we have to fight each other to get to the top.

Then limited belief destroys our chance for success .

Our mind has been listening to others and following or believing on what other people say which usually lead us to a negative direction. If our mind has all these negative thought pattern and we want to achieve our goals, however , our negative thought patterns go against our ability to reach these goals.

For instance you want to be successful in your job but your thought pattern tells you that you're not good and you can't perform well. Because of these negative thought pattern about yourself , no matter what we do - it won't happen. Simply because we don't believe it will happen .

Our mind simply respond to instructions from the mind. These instructions are your thoughts , your beliefs . The only way to break this thought pattern is to change your beliefs.

Discovering What You Want



How can I write my goals if I don't know what I want to do ?

Deep inside you there is a passion that has been covered by negative thoughts , negative thinking and confusion because of doubt and fear .

How do you discover this ?

Just start thinking about what you want to accomplish in your life.

Five years from now , what does your life looks like ?  What are you doing ? If you start doing this, you'll get your mind moving in a certain direction.

Decide what you want then supercharge your subconscious mind ( your inner mind )  by giving it the right directions so you will attract the situations and people that will help you achieve your goals.

Creating Inner Power


Creating inner power will change your life in ways you never thought of .

It starts by changing your thought patterns which includes your thoughts , beliefs and attitudes. So you will be able to reach your full potential and perform at peak levels by increasing your confidence and self-esteem.

You have everything you need already inside you . You can achieve anything you want and all you have to do is to train your mind to work with your subconscious mind ( your inner mind ).

Before achieving your goals, you first have to know what you want - and that means you need to get focused .

Getting Focused

If we want to achieve our goals , improve our life or discover our calling  - we have to decide first what is important for us. Come up with a list of things that you want to achieve and a plan on how to get there . 80% of people who write down their goals achieve them , yet only 3% actually write down their goals and desires.

Just by simply writing down your goals , objectives and plans you increase your chances of success of achievement by 80%  . Most successful people and wealthiest people in the world write down their goals and come up with a plan of action .

Why does coming up with a plan and decision make a difference ?

Because when you make decision , write it down , come up with a plan - you tell your subconscious mind , and you send out a message - that you are ready for success .

It's  a powerful message that supercharge your subconscious mind to get on moving on achieving your goals .

Start by getting focused , learn to decide goals you want to accomplish then begin sending your subconscious mind the right instructions to help you achieve your goals.

Dreamcatchers



I use to think that dream catchers finds our dreams for us . But a check on the Net said it catches our bad dreams so we can have a good night sleep.

What about you ? What are  dream catchers for you ? Do you have one ?

We have certain belief systems in our culture that gives us security blankets and remove fears in our hearts. Just like the dream catchers, they make us feel safe so we have restful night .

As you can see sleep is important for us. Not having a good night sleep causes us to be grouchy the whole day. We even lost focus in our work and can not concentrate just because we lack sleep.

My dream catchers gives me this secure feeling...
